The New York chapter of the National Investor Relations Institute (NIRI-NY), in cooperation with the Robert Zicklin Center for Corporate Integrity at Baruch College, presents a special summer session to discuss the Dodd-Frank bill and its provisions regarding issues including corporate governance, proxy access, executive compensation, market regulation, disclosure and more.
The panel is moderated by Jeffrey D. Morgan, NIRI President and CEO.

John M. Yetter, vice president of NASDAQ's General Counsel's Office.
