This is the second seminar of the Corporate Governance Evening Seminar Series sponsored by the Robert Zicklin Center for Corporate Integrity.
The session focuses on how boards can impact the strategy of the organization, and how an organization can choose the most appropriate directors for its size and style. The session also covers how boards can advocate for long-term sustainability and other innovations.
Panelists include: Al Bernikow, Director, Revlon; Burtt Ehrlich, Director, Armor Holdings; and Dale Winston, CEO and Chairwoman, Battalia Winston International. The panel is moderated by Donald Vredenburgh, Professor of Management at Baruch College.
Steven Lilien, Director of the Robert Zicklin Center for Corporate Integrity and Weinstein Professor of Accountancy, gives the welcoming remarks.
