Dr. Lonnie D. Harvel, Vice President for Educational Technology, Georgia Gwinnett College, delivers the keynote address of Baruch's Tenth Annual Teaching and Technology Conference. Stressing the different types of relationships among students, faculty, staff and other groups, Dr. Harvel discusses how technology can build and strengthen those relationships in a way that enhances teaching and learning in a distributed educational system.
Arthur Downing, CIO/Assistant Vice President for Information Technology, and Chief Librarian, Baruch College, introduces the keynote speaker. George Otte, Academic Director, CUNY Online Baccalaureate, and Director of Instructional Technology, CUNY, gives the opening remarks at the conference.
