Skills to Succeed in Your Job Search

A panel of corporate recruiters discuss their job functions, what their companies look for in a candidate, hiring processes, and provide insight as to what "stands out from the crowd."

The panel is hosted by the Graduate Career Management Center and moderated by Sarah Rosen, Assistant Director of Employer Relations.

Panelists include: John Quinones, Senior Director of HR, Business Week; Ron Taylor, Director, National Diversity Recruiting Strategy and Operations, KPMG; Erin O'Brien, Campus Recruiter, Technology Division of Citigroup Corporate & Investment Banking; and Pete McKenna, Senior Vice President, Treasury Department, Lehman Brothers.
