Shelly Lazarus on Leadership

Shelly Lazarus, Chairman & CEO, Ogilvy & Mather Worldwide, shares her career experiences and talks about leadership as part of the Zicklin Graduate Leadership Speaker Series. Shelly has been a frequent industry honoree. Advertising Women of New York selected her as Woman of the Year in 1994. She was honored by Women in Communications with their Matrix Award in 1995, was named Business Woman of the Year by the Partnership for New York City in 1996, and Woman of the Year in 2002 by the Direct Marketing Association. She has appeared in Fortune magazine's annual ranking of America's 50 Most Powerful Women in Business since the list's inception in 1998. Shelly was also the first woman to receive the Columbia Business School Distinguished Leadership in Business Award.
