The Center for Nonprofit Strategy and Management of the School of Public Affairs presents the seminar "Perspectives on Executive Succession In Nonprofit Organizations."

A panel of executives discusses a variety of questions and issues on executive succession: how a founding executive director thinks about retirement and succession; how a board chair leads the succession process; and advice from an executive search consultant.

Panelists include Greg Farrell, President, CEO and Founder Expeditionary Learning Schools, a division of Outward Bound; Rita J. Stella, Director of Vocational Services, Easter Seals NY; and David Hinsley Cheng, Managing Partner, DRG.

James Krauskopf, Director of the Center for Nonprofit Strategy and Management, introduces the speakers.
