Nonprofit Outsourcing: A Vital Option

The Center for Nonprofit Strategy and Management of the School of Public Affairs presents the seminar "Nonprofit Outsourcing: A Vital Option."

A panel of executives discusses a variety of questions and issues related to nonprofit outsourcing: how to get the right people for the right task; when to use the outsource option and when not; why is outsourcing overlooked; how do I find an outsourcer; outsourcing and finance; outsourcing and fundraising; and an executive director's view of outsourcing.

Panelists include Laurence A. Pagnoni, Founder and President, Laurence A. Pagnoni & Associates; Gail A. Magaliff, Chief Executive Officer, F.E.G.S Health & Human Services System; and David Terrio, President, BTQ Financial and President, Hudson Planning Group.

James Krauskopf, Director of the Center for Nonprofit Strategy and Management, introduces the speakers.
