Baruch College has been asked to create a plan for the potential redevelopment of a 400,000, plus air rights, square foot building on the corner of 1st Avenue and 29th Street. The purpose of this MBA course will be to develop a series of site and financial analyses of the feasibility for building-out and transforming the site. The course involves a series of talks and discussions by invited speakers coming to the class focusing on the redevelopment of the Bellevue Building. This video focuses on the discussion from developer’s point of view, as well as site selection and financing. Robert Ezrapour, Artimus Construction Inc. and Board member of the Citizens Housing and Planning Council, is the speaker in the class.
