MBA Real Estate Class: Bellevue Building Development Project

Baruch College has been asked to create a plan for the potential redevelopment of a 400,000, plus air rights, square foot building on the corner of 1st Avenue and 29th Street. The purpose of this MBA course will be to develop a series of site and financial analyses of the feasibility for building-out and transforming the site. John Goering, Professor in the School of Public Affairs and Real Estate of Baruch College, invited Mark Thompson, Chair of Community Board 6 in Manhattan, to be the speaker in his Real Estate class to talk about the redevelopment of the Bellevue Building near 1st Avenue and 29th Street.
