Joseph Leone Shares "Four Messages"

Joseph M. Leone (BBA '75), Vice Chairman & Chief Financial Officer, CIT Group Inc., talks about his career experience and shares four messages that shaped his career, life and beliefs: the significant experience and consequences that come with it, the opportunities and challenges that globalization presents, leadership, and to help lift those who are less fortunate.
