Topics include: optional practical training; H-1B, H-1B1, E-3 and TN visa statuses for temporary professional workers; prevailing wages; and the H1-B quota. A Q&A session follows, joined by Marisa DeLaCruz, Director of the Baruch College International Student Service Center.
