Scott M. Stringer, Manhattan Borough President, serves as the conference moderator. Speakers include Matthew Stillman, freelancer for numerous cable networks and productions; Christopher Jones, Vice President for Research at the Regional Planning Association; Joshua Vincent, President, Center for the Study of Economics; and Dr. John Tepper Marlin, Principle of City Economist.
