This is the fourth seminar of the Corporate Governance Evening Seminar Series sponsored by the Robert Zicklin Center for Corporate Integrity.
The session focuses on executive compensation, one of the most hotly debated topics in corporate America. The panel members discuss innovative designs for fair compensation contracts that balanced compensation and corporate performance, new SEC compensation disclosure requirements, and the changing roles of the compensation committee and compensation consultants.

Professor of Law, Columbia Law School; Ira Kay, Director, Compensation Practice, Watson Wyatt; Dan Konigsburg, Director of Corporate Governance, Standard and Poors; and Mark Sickles, Founding Principal, Mark W. Sickles, LLC. The panel is moderated by Linda Scott, Senior Consultant, Governance for Owners USA, and former Director, Clark & Weinstock.
