The practical value of corporate governance and accountability is examined by a distinguished panel of analysts, portfolio managers, and professors. Management culture, proxy statements, and executive compensation are examined as indicators of governance.

The event is introduced by Dean John Elliott of the Zicklin School of Business and moderated by Lawrence Zicklin, Former CEO and Chairman of Neuberger Berman. Panelists include: Dan Chung , president, CIO and portfolio manager at Fred Alger Management, Inc.; Patricia Daly, executive director, Tri-State Coalition For Responsible Investing; Jay Dayha, associate professor of finance, Baruch College; Charles Elson , director, Weinberg Center for Corporate Governance at the University of Delaware; Cono Fusco, managing partner, Strategic Relationships, Grant Thornton LLP; April Klein, assistant professor of accounting, New York University; Dan Konigsburg, director of corporate governance, Standard & Poors Inc.; Ric Marshall, chief analyst, The Corporate Library LLC; and Craig Wasserman, partner, Wachtell, Lipton, Rosen & Katz.
