Ramon Rodriguez, Corporate Protocol Consultant and founder and President of Blue Arena Corporation, the leader in etiquette and protocol services, discusses dining etiquette. Topics include: invitations, host duties, guest duties, taking your seat and napkins, toasting "you are in the spotlight", posture at the table and excusing yourself, style of eating (American and Continental), silverware savvy, the silent service code, place setting, dining dos and don'ts, and eating various food.
