The discussion is moderated by Judge John Gleeson of the US Eastern District. Judge Gleeson discusses the uses and abuses of Corporate Criminal Law in maintaining corporate integrity. Judge Gleeson is joined by Benton J. Campbell, Acting Chief of Staff and Principal Deputy Assistant Attorney General for the Criminal Division; Jonathan D. Polkes, a prominent white collar defense lawyer and partner at Weil Gotshal; Andrew Weissmann, former Director of the U.S. Department of Justice’s Enron Task Force, currently a partner with Jenner & Block; and Milt Williams, the Time Inc. Compliance Officer.
