Nicholas Ashooh, Vice President of Corporate Affairs, Alcoa, was in the position of Senior Vice President of Communications at American International Group (AIG). Mr. Ashooh discusses a variety of issues including the meltdown of Lehman Brothers, the partial takeover of AIG by the U.S. Government, the global workforce as related to the reconstructing of AIG, the stress on health insurance business, the public outrage about the executive bonuses, and the management of all of these with 4 different CEOs.
