"Kevin Albert, retired Merrill Lynch managing director and current Managing Director of Elevation Partners, provides welcoming remarks and speaks about the IPO initiative, its purpose, and its evolution over the past two years to this event. Teams of students from a dozen New York City public high schools, representing every borough, are on hand to hear the judges’ verdict. NY1 News reporter Ruschell Boone hosts the event. With the help of mentors at Baruch’s Field Center, students developed marketing strategies, operations, and finance. The first prize winners receive $2000.
