Dennis Slavin, Associate Provost at Baruch College moderates the conference. The following CUNY and Baruch administrators make welcoming remarks: David Dannenbring, Provost and Senior Vice President for Academic Affairs, Baruch College; Selma Botman, Executive Vice Chancellor for Academic Affairs, CUNY; Ben Corpus, Vice President for Student Development and Enrollment Management and Dean of Students, Baruch College; and Kathleen Waldron, President, Baruch College.
Larry Simon (Baruch BBA ’65), Vice Chairman, Ivy Asset Management Corporation and Trustee, The Baruch College Fund, gives the keynote address on ""Integrity: A Paradigm for Today's World"", followed by panel response and open discussion. Panelists include: Ryan Merola, Brooklyn College senior and 2006 Truman Scholar; Ashlee Vega, Baruch College sophomore and member of the Baruch College debate team; Professor Sarah Ryan, School of Public Affairs, Baruch College; and Professor Mindy Engle-Friedman, Department of Psychology and Baruch College Ombudswoman.
The breakout session discussions cover topics ""Student Top Ten"", ""Cultural Factors"", ""Best Practices"", and ""How Do We Teach Citation Effectively?"".
The closing remarks are given by James Drogan, member of the faculty and Director of Online Programs at the SUNY Maritime College.
The conference takes place on March 9, 2007 at Newman Conference Center as part of Ethics Week 2007 at Baruch College."
