The Center on Equality, Pluralism and Policy (CEPP) at Baruch College presents a program entitled "College Affordability: Expanding Access and Financial Resources During Tough Economic Times."

The panel is moderated by Sonia R. Jarvis, Director, Center on Equality, Pluralism and Policy. David Birdsell, Dean, School of Public Affairs, makes the opening remarks.
